We're a volunteer, not-for-profit group — we don't charge appearance fees. For most appearances we ask the requestor to make a donation directly to a charity of your choosing. Tell us about your event below and our appearance coordinators will follow up.

Our coordinators check member availability and confirm which characters can attend.

You'll hear back directly to lock in timing, logistics, and the charity donation details.
Planning a commercial event? This form is for charity, community, and personal appearance requests. For commercial or corporate bookings, please submit your request directly to Lucasfilm via their official Character Appearances request form.
